A106 Grade B  Seamless Pipe

There is no standard for wall thickness positive deviation, but there is a weight limit. The weight of any steel pipe should not be greater than 10% of the specified value and not less than 3.5%.
Length: The allowed length deviation of fixed-length steel pipes is +6/-0mm.
Bend: The finished pipe should be fairly straight.
End shape: Unless otherwise specified, steel pipes shall be supplied in accordance with the following provisions:
Steel pipes less than or equal to 48.3mm are optional. Pipe ends of all wall thicknesses should be cut into flat end faces or flat end faces with bevels.
For steel pipes larger than or equal to 60.3mm, the pipe wall thickness should be no larger than thickened pipes and should have flat end faces with bevels. The bevel angle of the smooth end of the bevel measured perpendicular to the vertical line of the pipe axis is 30 degrees +5/-0 degrees, with a root blunt edge of 1.6±0.8mm. Steel pipes larger than or equal to 60.3mm. When the wall thickness of the pipe is larger than that of the thickened pipe, it should be cut into flat ends.
