A519 1020 Mechanical Steel Tube is a low carbon steel seamless tube with a carbon content between 0.18-0.23% and a manganese content between 0.30-0.60%. Although A519 1020 Mechanical Tube lacks some of the characteristics of traditional carbon steel grades, the low carbon content in its chemical composition makes the pipe resistant to flame hardening or induction hardening.
In addition, A519 1020 grade seamless mechanical steel tube has excellent mechanical properties. Its yield strength and tensile strength are higher than ordinary carbon steel pipes, and it can withstand greater pressure and bending stresses.
