DIN 2391 ST52 hydraulic steel pipe is a special type of seamless steel pipe specially manufactured to meet the requirements of high strength and corrosion resistance. The carbon (C) content of this steel pipe is precisely controlled at 0.24%, the silicon (Si) content is 0.55%, and the manganese (Mn) content is as high as 1.60%. The precise ratio of these elements provides the steel pipe with the required strength and toughness.
ST52 steel pipe also contains trace amounts of phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S), each of which is strictly controlled within 0.045% to maintain the purity and stability of the steel. ST52 seamless precision steel pipe also contains trace amounts of alloying elements such as chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni). The presence of these elements not only enhances the strength of the steel pipe, but also improves its corrosion resistance.
Due to its excellent mechanical properties, ST52 seamless steel pipe has a tensile strength of not less than 490MPa, a yield point of not less than 345MPa, and an elongation of not less than 22%.
