Manufacturing Process (SSAW)
Uncoiling & Leveling: The hot-rolled steel coil is unrolled and flattened.
Edge Milling: The edges of the steel strip are milled to ensure a high-quality weld profile.
Spiral Forming: The strip is fed into a forming machine that bends it into a spiral (helical) shape at a specific angle.
Submerged Arc Welding: Continuous double-sided welding is performed. The inner seam is welded first, followed by the outer seam using an electric arc under a layer of flux.
Cutting: The continuous pipe is cut into the required lengths using plasma or mechanical saws.
