API 5L L360 pipe is a low carbon steel pipe, which plays an important role in many fields such as oil and natural gas. API 5L L360 high strength pipe has a minimum yield strength of 52ksi. It follows the API SPEC 5L standard of the American Petroleum Institute, covers two major categories of seamless pipes and welded pipes, and provides clear guidelines for the use of API 5L L360 pipelines in different application scenarios.
API 5L L360 has two product grade specifications, namely PSL1 and PSL2. The chemical composition of PSL2 is relatively rich, including carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, vanadium, niobium and titanium. The composition of API 5L X52 PSL1 is relatively simple, mainly manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and trace amounts of vanadium, niobium and titanium.
API 5L L360NS Nace Pipe is designed for high resistance when conveying corrosive media and toxic gases. For possible reduction problems, protective layers such as FPE, galvanizing or 3LPE coating can be used to enhance its corrosion resistance, extend the service life of the pipeline, and ensure the safe and stable transmission of the medium during long-distance transportation.

Surface	surfaces are 100% visually inspected. The surface are according to API 5L standards. External surface : covered with varnish.
NDT	Pipes are ultrasonic tested with respect to API 5L standards: longitudinal: 100% surface of pipe Note: pipe ends not scanned by automatic ultrasonic system Pipe Ends are manual Inspected UT / Magnetic Particle Examination.
Certification and traceability	Every dimensions Pipes are supplied with a 3.2 certificate acc. EN 10204, Marking : SI units (X52) with respect to API requirements & mill standard.
