DN 1200/1800 large diameter spiral steel pipe is a special steel pipe with larger inner and outer diameters. It is mainly used to transport large flows of liquids, such as water and oil. DN 1200/1800 large-diameter spiral steel pipes must undergo strict physical and chemical inspections before being put into use. Single-wire or double-wire submerged arc welding is used for the head-to-tail butt joints of the strips. Automatic submerged arc welding is used for repair welding after being rolled into steel pipes. In addition, before forming, the strip steel will go through multiple processes such as leveling, trimming, planing, surface cleaning and conveying, and pre-bending to ensure the quality and performance of the steel pipe.
