High strength drill pipes are primarily used for deep-hole and reaming drilling in coal mine underground operations. The pipe material adopts high-strength steel grade S135 or above, with the quenched and tempered joint performance meeting ultra-high-strength steel grade requirements. The main structure of the drill pipe is similar to that of ordinary tunnel drill pipes, featuring an overall flush external design. It consists of three parts-the male joint, female joint, and pipe body-welded together through friction welding.

Product Features
(1) The male joint, female joint, and pipe body are integrally formed via friction welding.
(2) Compatible with high-power drilling rigs.
(3) Utilizes high-strength steel grades with higher tensile and yield strength.
(4) Adopts a double-top structure, with wear-resistant treated joint surfaces.
(5) The joint strength at both ends exceeds that of the pipe body, enhancing thread strength at the connections.
Scope of Application
Primarily used for large-diameter directional long-hole reaming construction in coal mine underground operations. Also suitable for deep-hole drilling in soft coal seams with poor water-flushing slag-discharging effects and various coal/rock formations, including gas drainage holes, water exploration holes, outburst prevention holes, and cross-layer holes.
