‌Triangular Drill Pipe Φ73‌

Triangular drill rods are primarily used for drilling gas drainage holes in soft, protruding coal seams (f < 0.5), typically using air-pressure drilling. They are not recommended for use in soft, dynamic coal seams, coal (rock) seams rich in nodules and interbedded gangue, or coal seams with numerous small structures. Air-pressure rotary drilling is also not suitable for drilling holes in water-bearing coal (rock) seams.

Product Features:

(1) The drill rod body is welded by friction welding, and the drill rod has good overall mechanical properties and long service life.

(2) The triangular cross-section design of the drill rod increases the annular gap between the drill rod and the hole wall, making the dust removal smoother.

(3) The drill rod joint adopts a double-top structure design, and the torsion resistance is about 30% higher than that of conventional joints.

(4) The thread strength of the drill rod joint is high and the anti-sticking performance is good.

(5) The drill rod can be directly unscrewed by the drilling rig, which has high drilling efficiency and low labor intensity.

(6) The high-strength triangular spiral drill rod is evenly distributed with large-lead spiral grooves on the circumference, which has strong dust stirring and dust removal capabilities.

(7) The integral large-diameter triangular spiral drill rod can be inserted into the corresponding specification screen pipe through the inner hole of the drill rod after drilling to the designed hole depth, realizing "drilling in place and drilling to the bottom", thereby effectively increasing the insertion depth of the screen pipe for protecting the hole in the soft and protruding coal seam, avoiding the collapse of the drill hole after the drill is lifted, and ensuring the efficiency of gas extraction.
