Chemical composition and mechanical properties of L360 steel pipe
The chemical composition of L360 steel pipe shall meet the following requirements: carbon content shall not exceed 0.22%, silicon content shall not exceed 0.55%, manganese content shall not exceed 1.60%, phosphorus content shall not exceed 0.03%, sulfur content shall not exceed 0.025%, chromium content shall not exceed 0.30%, nickel content shall not exceed 0.30%, copper content shall not exceed 0.30%, aluminum content shall not exceed 0.02%, titanium content shall not exceed 0.02%, niobium content shall not exceed 0.05%, and vanadium content shall not exceed 0.08%.
In terms of mechanical properties, the tensile strength of L360 steel pipe shall not be less than 360MPa, the yield strength shall not be less than 320MPa, and the elongation shall not be less than 22%.
Appearance quality of L360 steel pipe
The appearance quality of L360 steel pipe shall meet the following standards: the surface shall not have defects such as wrinkles, cracks, voids, pitting, etc.; the pipe end shall be cut flat; the pipe end and the pipe wall shall not have defects such as uneven cutting and burrs; there shall be no obvious rust and oxidation.
Dimensions and allowable deviations of L360 steel pipes
The dimensions of L360 steel pipes should meet the following requirements: the outer diameter range is 114.3mm to 762.0mm, and the wall thickness range is 4.0mm to 60.0mm.
In terms of allowable deviation, the outer diameter deviation of L360 steel pipes shall not exceed ±0.75% (minimum ±0.3mm), and the wall thickness deviation shall not exceed ±10%.
Surface treatment and testing requirements of L360 steel pipes
In terms of surface treatment, L360 steel pipes can be treated by spray painting, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic spraying and other methods to improve the corrosion resistance of steel pipes.
In terms of testing requirements, L360 steel pipes should undergo chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, appearance quality inspection, dimensional measurement and other tests to ensure that the quality of the steel pipe meets the standard requirements.
