1. The mechanical strength of the steel pipe is combined with the corrosion resistance of polyethylene; the thickness of the outer wall coating is greater than 2.5mm, which can resist scratches and collisions.
2. The friction coefficient of the inner wall of the anti-corrosion steel pipe is small, which fundamentally reduces the friction consumption; the inner wall anti-corrosion coating meets the recognized standards.
There are two main requirements for the coating:
1. Good corrosion resistance: Under the action of corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, industrial wastewater, and chemical atmosphere, the coating formed by the coating is relatively stable and will not be dissolved by corrosive agents. Good anti-permeability: When the coating comes into contact with a highly permeable liquid or gas medium, it can prevent the coating from penetrating and corroding the pipeline surface. Good adhesion and flexibility: The coating will not fall off due to pipeline vibration or slight deformation.
