The mixed solution of ammonium chloride and magnesium chloride is cleaned and then sent into the hot dip coating tank. It is then blown dry and shaped into a tube. The coating is uniform and bright, the amount of galvanizing is very small, and the production cost is lower than that of hot-dip galvanized pipes. Its corrosion resistance is slightly weaker than that of hot-dip galvanized pipe.
