The chromium content is 24%, the nickel content is 4.5%, and the molybdenum content is 3%, so it has good fatigue strength, and Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, crevices, pitting, erosion and general corrosion in harsh environments.
Adding nitrogen to the alloy of ASTM A182 F55 super duplex flange will cause the structure to harden, thereby increasing its yield strength. It can be used in pressure and corrosive environments such as ships, sewage treatment, chemical processing, etc.
