ASTM A / ASME SA 213 specification covers seamless ferritic and austenitic steel boiler, superheater and heat exchanger tubes/tubes. A213 T9 alloy steel tubes shall be manufactured by seamless process and shall be hot finished or cold finished as specified.
A213 T9 Ferritic Alloy Tubes have excellent creep rupture strength and high temperature properties owing to its elemental composition of 8.00-10.00% and 0.90-1.10% Molybdenum. A213 T9 Ferritic Boiler Tubes are mainly used for high temperature environment applications in power plants, petrochemical plants and refinery industries.
