A335 P2 alloy pipe contains 0.44% molybdenum and 4% chromium and 0.015% carbon. It also contains manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and silicon. It is a low carbon steel pipe. Due to its low carbon content, it has good welding performance and can be used without Weld at room temperature without filler material.
In addition, A335 P2 low carbon steel pipe has similar strength to austenitic stainless steel types 304 and 316, with a minimum yield strength of 205MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 415MPa.
