The chemical composition of 13CrMo4-5 alloy steel pipe is carbon (C) 0.08-0.18%, silicon (Si) ≤0.35%, manganese (Mn) 0.40-1.00%, phosphorus (P) ≤0.025%, sulfur (S) ≤0.010% , Chromium (Cr) 0.70-1.15%, Molybdenum (Mo) 0.40-0.60%. It also contains a small amount of other elements such as aluminum (Al) ≤0.04%, copper (Cu) ≤0.30%, niobium (Nb) ≤0.04%, and titanium (Ti) ≤0.05%. The chemical composition of 15CrMoR is carbon (C) 0.12-0.18%, silicon (Si) ≤0.55%, manganese (Mn) 0.40-0.90%, phosphorus (P) ≤0.025%, sulfur (S) ≤0.010%, chromium (Cr) ) 0.80-1.20%, molybdenum (Mo) 0.45-0.65%.
13CrMo4-5 seamless steel pipe where "13" means the average carbon content is about 0.13%, and "Cr" and "Mo" represent the two alloying elements of chromium and molybdenum respectively. The addition of chromium and molybdenum improves the corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and creep resistance of the steel pipe, allowing it to operate stably for a long time in high temperature and corrosive environments.
