ASME SA213 Seamless Alloy Pipe
ASTM A213 T91 seamless alloy pipe is an alloy steel pipe with excellent high temperature properties and is widely used in various industrial fields. This kind of steel pipe is made of high-quality alloy steel material. After precise heat treatment and processing technology, it has excellent high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance and durability.
The final heat treatment of T91 alloy steel pipe is normalizing + high temperature tempering. By controlling the normalizing temperature and holding time, as well as the tempering temperature and holding time, the best structural structure and mechanical properties can be obtained. Normalizing temperature is 1040℃, holding time is not less than 10min, tempering temperature is 730~780℃, holding time is not less than 1h. The structure after final heat treatment is tempered martensite, which can provide excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance.
The tensile strength of T91 alloy structural steel pipe at room temperature is ≥585MPa, the yield strength is ≥415MPa, the hardness is ≤250HB, and the elongation (50mm gauge standard round specimen) is ≥20%. This kind of steel pipe also has a good allowable stress value [σ] 650℃=30 MPa and can maintain stable performance in high temperature environments.
