A200 seamless steel pipe refers to a steel pipe with a hollow section and no seams around it. It is a commonly used seamless steel pipe model.
ASTM A200 Alloy Steel Pipe covers several grades in minimum wall thickness (mw), Chromium Molybdenum and Chromium Molybdenum Silicon, Seamless, Hot Finished and Cold Finished, Intermediate Alloy Steel Pipe for conveying fluid types at various high temperatures and pressures heaters in which the tubes may be subjected to higher furnace temperatures than the fluid contained.
A200 seamless alloy steel pipe is made by perforating steel ingots or solid tube blanks into capillary tubes, and then hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. SA200 Alloy Boiler Tube This specification covers tubing with an outside diameter of 2 to 9 inches (50.8 to 228.6 mm) and a minimum wall thickness exceeding 0.220 inches (5.59 mm). Due to its excellent physical properties and corrosion resistance, it is widely used in transmission pipelines and pressure vessels in petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, electric power and other industries.
