What material is A213 T11 steel pipe made of?
ASTM A213 T11 pipe is composed of chromium-molybdenum alloy material and is widely used in high temperature applications, especially boilers and superheaters.

What is T11 boiler tube?
ASTM A213 T11 grade alloy steel seamless pipe is low alloy ferrite. Contents include carbon, silicon, manganese, nickel, phosphorus, chromium, sulfur, and molybdenum. 0.5% carbon and 1% chromium give T11 pipe good strength and corrosion resistance.

ASTM A213 T11 alloy steel boiler tubes are mainly used for heating surface tubes of low and medium pressure boilers (working pressure is generally not greater than 5.88Mpa, working temperature is below 450°C), and high-pressure boilers (working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa, working temperature is (450℃~650℃) heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, petrochemical industry pipes, etc.

A213 After the round tube billet is heated and perforated, it is sequentially subjected to three-roll cross rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion, tube removal, sizing (or diameter reduction), cooling, straightening, and hydraulic testing (or flaw detection). Label and arrange the specifications and place them in the warehouse. Steel pipe products must undergo quality inspection and then be oiled on the surface, followed by multiple cold drawing experiments. If the diameter of the perforation is too large, it needs to be straightened and corrected.
