GB5310 12Cr2MoG Boiler Steel Pipe
12Cr2MoG alloy pipe has good resistance to intergranular corrosion, excellent corrosion resistance and cold working stamping performance. It has strong corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids (such as nitric acid), alkali solutions and most organic and inorganic acids. It also has certain anti-corrosion properties.
12Cr2MoG alloy boiler tube is used as the heating surface tube of low and medium pressure boilers (working pressure is generally not greater than 5.88Mpa, working temperature is below 450°C); used in high-pressure boilers (working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa, working temperature is between 450°C and 650°C) ℃) heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, petrochemical industry pipes, etc.

Specifications: Hot-rolled pipe outer diameter 32~630mm. Wall thickness 2.5~75mm. The outer diameter of cold rolled (cold drawn) pipe is 5~200mm. Wall thickness 2.5~12mm.
Appearance quality: There must be no cracks, folds, folds, delamination, hair lines or scarring defects on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe. These defects should be completely removed, and the wall thickness and outer diameter should not exceed negative deviations after removal.
