A53 Grade B seamless pipe is a general purpose pipe made by cold drawing process. A53 B steel pipe has high strength characteristics compared to Grade A. The minimum tensile strength of Grade B is 415 MPa and the minimum yield strength is 240 MPa. And the manganese and carbon content in the composition is also higher at 1.2% and 0.30%.
A53 Grade B seamless pipes can also be provided with different finishes such as black, hot dip galvanized, anti-corrosion paint to improve corrosion resistance.
