A213 TP309S Seamless Pipe is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, which is often used in high-temperature applications due to its high nickel and chromium content, and is highly weldable and cold-formable. Although the oxidation resistance of A213 TP309S Cold Drawn Steel Pipe exceeds that of Alloy 310, its corrosion resistance is comparable to Alloy 310.
A213 TP309S Cold Drawn Seamless Pipe is formed by drawing a solid billet over a piercing rod to form a hollow shell. Since the manufacturing process does not include any welding, it can withstand pressure better and is generally easier to use than welded pipe.
