A249 TP 321H Stainless Steel Tube has chromium, nickel and other constituent alloying components. This makes this grade of pipes more resistant to corrosion and reducing media. A312 SS 321H Welded Pipe resists oxidation at temperatures up to 1500°F (816°C). It also has higher creep and stress rupture properties compared to 304 and 304L.
Also A249 TP 321H Stainless Steel Welded Pipe cannot be hardened by heat treatment, only by cold working.
