Seamless 410 Stainless Steel Round Pipes
410 stainless steel pipe is a stainless steel grade produced in accordance with American ASTM standards, equivalent to my country's 1Cr13 stainless steel, S41000 (American AISI, ASTM), containing 0.15% carbon and 13% chromium.
410 stainless steel hydraulic pipe: It has good corrosion resistance and machinability, and is suitable for general-purpose blades and valves. 410 stainless steel heat treatment: solution treatment (℃) 800-900 slow cooling or 750 fast cooling. Chemical composition of 410 stainless steel round tube: C≤0.15, Si≤1.00, Mn≤1.00, P≤0.035, S≤0.030, Cr=11.50~13.50.
The mechanical properties of ASTM A312 Stainless Steel 410 Pipes are good, with a yield strength of 380 MPa, a tensile strength of 620 MPa, and an elastic modulus of 200 GPa. In addition, 410 Stainless Steel Tubes offer good wear and chip resistance.
410 Stainless Steel Seamless Tube shows excellent corrosion resistance at high temperature, low temperature and normal temperature. It is relatively corrosive to chlorine, sodium hydroxide, seawater and other media, but is relatively sensitive to corrosive media such as nitric acid and nitric acid.

ASTM A312 Gr TP410 High Pressure Pipe
410 stainless steel has been quenched, tempered and polished to improve corrosion resistance. And quenching and tempering just makes 410 stainless steel harder. Compared to austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel is relatively inferior, which is why martensitic stainless steel requires a final heat treatment to be manufactured. At high temperatures, their operating temperatures suffer from loss of strength due to excessive tempering and loss of ductility at low temperatures.
