Duplex ASTM A789 UNS S32205 Steel Pipe is the most widely used duplex stainless steel grade with a yield strength twice that of standard austenitic stainless steel grades due to the elemental composition of high chromium and low carbon, which provides good weldability, high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, and is excellent in most corrosive environments.
