API 5CT OCTG Casing and Tubing

API 5CT oil casing and tubing is a product designed for oil and gas wells, which must undergo flattening, tensile testing and other multiple tests to ensure its performance stability under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. The materials include J-55, K-55, N-80, L-80, C-90, C-95, P-110, Q-125, etc., with thread types such as BTC, LTC, and STC. GNEE products are widely used in oilfields of PetroChina and Sinopec, and exported to Europe, America, and the Middle East regions.

Packing: The casing pipe will be packed into bundles as 3x3, 3x4, 4x4 etc. and loading into containers after black painting and thread protectors installation.

Test: Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties (Ultimate tensile strength, Yield

strength, Elongation), Technical Properties (Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Bending Test, Hardness Test, Blow Test, Impact Test etc), Exterior Size Inspection, Nondestructive Test (Ultrasonic flaw detector, Eddy current flaw detector), Hydrostatic Test.
