The outer diameter range is: 21.3 mm (1/2 inch) to 1067 mm (42 inches).
The wall thickness range is: 2 mm to 150 mm.
2. Steel Grade and Standards
The steel grade is: X42 (in accordance with API 5L PSL1).
The applicable standards are: API Spec 5L PSL1, suitable for oil, gas, and other fluid transport.
3. Length and Production Form
Individual lengths are available up to 12 metres (some manufacturers also provide 8 metres or 40 feet custom lengths).
The forming process includes seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe.
4. Other Parameters
The chemical composition includes: Carbon (C), manganese (Mn), and other elements that comply with API 5L PSL1 standards, sulfur (S), phosphorus (P) content is strictly limited (≤ 0.03%).
The mechanical properties are: tensile strength ≥ 415MPa, yield strength ≥ 290MPa.
