X52 fluid pipe, as a critical material in oil and gas transmission, plays a pivotal role in global energy infrastructure construction due to its exceptional mechanical properties and adaptability. This line pipe falls under the medium-grade steel tubing category of the API 5L standard, where the designation "X52" indicates a minimum yield strength of 52 ksi (approximately 355 MPa) at room temperature. This characteristic enables it to withstand complex stresses generated during oil and gas transportation, ensuring long-term stable operation of the pipeline system.

Manufacturing Process
The production process of X52 line pipe includes steel plate forming, welding, heat treatment, and other stages. There are two common manufacturing methods:
Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding (LSAW): The steel plate is rolled into a tubular shape using dies and then welded with submerged arc welding technology. This method offers high weld quality and is suitable for large-diameter, thick-walled pipes.
High-Frequency Resistance Welding (ERW): The edges of the steel plate are heated by electric current and pressurized to form the pipe. This process features high production efficiency and lower cost, making it ideal for small- to medium-diameter pipelines.
The finished products undergo non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic and X-ray inspections) and hydrostatic testing to ensure defect-free performance and compliance with pressure requirements.
