The manufacturer should issue an inspection certificate complying with 5.1.B of GB/T18253-2000 or an inspection certificate complying with 3.1 of EN10204:2004. If the order contract stipulates another replacement method, the manufacturer shall issue an inspection certificate conforming to 5.1.A or 5.1.C of GBЛT18253-2000, or an inspection certificate conforming to 3.2 of EN10204:2004.
The following information shall be provided for each order lot when applicable:
Specified outer diameter, specified wall thickness, steel pipe grade, PSL, steel pipe type and delivery status;
Chemical composition (smelt analysis and product analysis) and carbon equivalent (product analysis and acceptance limits);
Tensile test results and specimen type, size, location and orientation;
CVN impact test results: specimen size, orientation and location: test temperature and acceptance limits applicable to specimens of specific sizes.
