FBE primer layer (Fusion-Bonded Epoxy):

exhibits strong adhesion and cathodic disbondment resistance
Copolymer adhesive layer:
Achieves tight bonding between epoxy and polyethylene through branched functional groups
HDPE top layer (High-Density Polyethylene):
Vicat softening point ≥110℃
Exceptional mechanical impact resistance
UV aging resistance
Chemical corrosion protection
Laboratory data confirms:
Peel strength ≥80N/10mm at 60℃ (exceeds standard requirement of 15N/10mm by 433%)
Effectively resists water, oxygen, and chloride ion penetration in buried environments
