JCOE is straight seam double-sided submerged arc welded pipe. LSAW steel pipe can be divided into high-frequency LSAW steel pipe and submerged arc welded LSAW JCOE steel pipe according to the production process. Submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipes are divided into UOE, RBE, JCOE, LSAW steel pipes, etc. according to their different forming methods. JCOE steel pipe production process is simple, high production efficiency, low cost and rapid development
JCOE is one of the forming methods and equipment for longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipes. Domestically, GB/T3091-2008 and GB/T9711.1-2008 are generally adopted, and the international standard is API-5L. JCOE steel pipes mainly adopt double-sided submerged arc welding production technology. The products adopt multiple processes of bending, seaming, internal welding, external welding, straightening, and flattening to meet the requirements of relevant standards.
JCOE steel pipes play an important role in large-scale pipeline projects, water and gas transportation projects, urban pipeline network construction, steel structure buildings, bridge piling, municipal construction and urban construction.
