The production standards of ASTM A192 high-pressure boiler tubes include ASTM A192/A192M, DIN17175, GB5310, etc. The material is carbon structural steel, such as 10#, 20#, etc.
ASTM A192 high-pressure boiler tubes have the characteristics of high temperature and pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. They can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion, ensuring the safe and economical operation of the boiler.
ASTM A192 is the standard for minimum wall thickness seamless carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes suitable for high pressure applications. Pipe sizes and thicknesses generally supplied to this specification are 1/2" to 7" outside diameter (12.7 to 177.8 mm) with minimum wall thicknesses of 0.085 to 1.000" (2.2 to 25.4 mm).
Size:OD: 12.7-177.8mm, WT: 2.2-25.4mm, L:6-3.2m
Heat Treatment:
Hot-finished tubes need not be heat treated. Cold finished tubes shall be heat treated after the final cold-finishing at a temperature of 1200°F [650°C] or higher.
