The composition of A335 P5c seamless pipe is 0.05-0.15 carbon, 1.00-1.50 manganese, 0.50-1.00 silicon, 0.45-0.65 molybdenum, trace amounts of vanadium and phosphorus, 0.90 maximum sulfur, and the rest is iron. In addition, compared with austenitic stainless steel, A335 P5c alloy pipe also has higher creep strength at high temperatures.
A335 P5c seamless steel pipe has better heat resistance than other materials and has excellent corrosion resistance due to its alloy steel composition. Therefore, A335 P5c carbon steel pipe is usually used to produce piping systems used at high temperatures such as steam pipes.
