It mainly uses tungsten-molybdenum composite solid solution strengthening, vanadium-titanium composite dispersion strengthening and trace boron hardening. The steel has excellent performance under working conditions less than 600 °C. comprehensive mechanical properties, antioxidant properties and tissue stability. 12cr2moWVTiB seamless steel pipe has good thermal strength at 620°C, even reaching the level of some chromium-nickel austenitic steels, but its oxidation resistance drops sharply. Its weight gain per unit area in 3000h is 242g/m2, and the corrosion rate is 0. 15mm/year, the maximum recommended operating temperature is 600°C.
