Alloy 20 steel pipe, also known as Incoloy 20, is a nickel-iron-chromium-based alloy whose excellent corrosion resistance makes it widely used in sulfuric, phosphoric and chloride-containing environments.

The chemical composition of Alloy 20 steel pipes includes carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, chromium, nickel, copper and molybdenum, with the carbon content ranging from 0.17 to 0.23, the silicon content ranging from 0.17 to 0.37, and the manganese content ranging from 0.90 to 1.20, the allowable residual contents of sulfur and phosphorus do not exceed 0.015 and 0.025 respectively, the chromium content is between 1.10 and 1.40, the allowable residual contents of nickel and copper do not exceed 0.030 respectively, and the molybdenum content is between 0.20 and 0.30.
