ERW Galvanized Steel Pipe
Galvanized straight seam steel pipe is a welded steel pipe with a hot-dip or electro-galvanized layer on its surface. Galvanizing can increase the corrosion resistance of steel pipes and extend their service life.
Galvanized straight seam steel pipe production process: plate detection - edge milling - pre-bent edge - forming - pre-welding - internal welding - external welding - ultrasonic inspection. Hot-dip galvanizing is to pickle the steel pipe first. The iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe is removed. After pickling, it is cleaned in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to a hot-dip plating tank. Galvanized straight seam steel pipes are widely used. In addition to being used as pipeline pipes for general low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, and oil, they are also used as oil well pipes and oil pipelines in the petroleum industry, especially offshore oil fields, and oil heaters for chemical coking equipment. Pipes for condensation coolers, coal distillation oil exchangers, and pipes for trestle pipe piles and support frames of mine tunnels, etc.
The weight formula of galvanized steel pipe: [(outer diameter-wall thickness)*wallthickness]*0.02466=kg/meter (weight per meter).
