This treatment method can only form a galvanized layer on the outer surface of the steel pipe, but cannot protect the inner surface and welds. The thickness of the galvanized layer is usually 45-120 microns, which is thicker than seamless pre-galvanized steel pipes. Seamless galvanized steel pipes can provide a certain level of corrosion protection, but because the inner surface is not protected, they are susceptible to corrosion over time.

Additionally, the appearance of pre-galvanized steel pipes and galvanizing pipes differs. The surface of galvanizing pipes is smooth and even, the color of the galvanized layer is consistent, and the overall appearance is silvery white. The surface of galvanized steel pipes may have uneven galvanizing layers, and the color may be somewhat inconsistent, giving the overall appearance a grayish appearance.

The production process of galvanized steel pipes mainly includes the following steps:

1. Prepare raw materials: select high-quality steel plates as raw materials, and perform surface treatment to remove impurities and oil stains.

2. Continuous galvanizing: The steel plate is fed into the continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit. After a series of processing procedures, the surface of the steel plate is covered with a uniform zinc layer.

3. Cold rolling forming: The hot-dip galvanized steel plate is processed into the required shape and size through a cold rolling forming unit.

4. Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on finished products, including size, surface quality, zinc layer thickness, etc.

5. Packaging and storage: Finished products that pass the quality inspection are packaged and stored for subsequent sales and use.
