Stainless Steel 904l Seamless Pipe
904L stainless steel pipe is a chromium-nickel austenitic stainless wear-resistant acid copper alloy steel pipe. 904L is a molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel with better properties than 304 and 316 stainless steel.
The specific chemical composition of 904L steel pipe is: C: ≤ 0.02, Si: ≤ 1.00, Mn: ≤ 2.00, P: ≤ 0.045, S: ≤ 0.035, Cr: 19.00-23.00, Ni: 23.00-28.00, Mo: 4.00-5.00.
Stainless steel pipe 904L shows good stability and longevity in humid, polluted and corrosive environments, helping to reduce maintenance costs and increase service life.
904L pipe can change its properties through heat treatment, such as annealing, solution treatment, etc., to improve its strength, toughness or corrosion resistance. The tensile strength is 490 MPa, the yield strength is 215 MPa, and the elongation is 35%. 904L is widely used in bearing manufacturing, such as ball bearings, roller bearings, etc., due to its high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
