Duplex 2205 Pipe
The definition of 2205 duplex stainless steel pipe is stainless steel that is smelted and manufactured in which the proportion of ferrite phase and austenite phase in its solid and quenched structure is half, referred to as 2205 stainless steel pipe.
2205 stainless steel pipe is a duplex stainless steel whose organizational structure consists of equal proportions of ferrite and austenite. Its chemical composition includes elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, manganese and nitrogen, among which the contents of chromium and nickel are relatively high, reaching more than 22% and 5% respectively. The addition of these elements gives seamless 2205 stainless steel pipes excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, strength and toughness, making it a high-performance stainless steel material widely used in various fields.

Density: 7.8g/cm³.
Elastic modulus: about 200GPa.
Thermal expansion coefficient: 11.2×10⁻⁶/K.
Thermal conductivity: approximately 15W/(m·K).
Welding performance: 2205 steel round pipe has good welding performance and can be connected using TIG, MIG, SMAW and other welding methods.
Corrosion resistance: 2205 duplex stainless round pipe has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in acidic media such as chloride, sulfate, and nitrate.
