ASTM A312 Stainless Steel Pipe
The ASTM A312 standard is an American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard designed for precision austenitic stainless steel pipes for deep processing. It is widely used in various piping systems, including food processing, pharmaceutical, automotive, construction and other industries.
ASTM A312 is a seamless steel pipe material standard in the ASTM standard, mainly used for manufacturing seamless steel pipes and welded pipes. Its application range is wide, covering petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, hydraulic pipeline and other industries.
The ASTM A312 standard is divided into three levels: TP304L, TP316L and TP321L.
TP304L steel pipe is a nickel-chromium stainless steel with good corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Its maximum operating temperature can reach 800°C, and its lowest operating temperature can reach -320°C. At the same time, its compressive strength can reach 200MPa.
TP316L steel pipe is a nickel-molybdenum alloy steel with high corrosion resistance. Its compressive strength can reach 220MPa, its maximum operating temperature can reach 850℃, and its minimum temperature can reach -320℃.
TP321L steel pipe is the nickel-chromium-titanium alloy steel with the highest corrosion resistance. Its compressive strength can reach 230MPa, its maximum operating temperature can reach 900℃, and its minimum temperature can reach -320℃.
