A209 T1A alloy pipe is a typical chemical composition of American standard alloy steel pipe with the addition of 0.44-0.65 molybdenum. The minimum tensile strength of the bearing is 365 MPa and the minimum yield strength is 195 MPa.
A209 T1A seamless steel pipe not only has high oxidation resistance and high temperature steam corrosion resistance, but also has good impact toughness, high stability, durable plasticity and thermal strength properties. When the service temperature of A209 T1A alloy seamless steel pipe is lower than 620°C, the allowable stress of A209 T1A carbon steel pipe is higher than that of austenitic stainless steel. A209 T1A boiler tubes are mainly used in super boiler tubes, high temperature superheaters, reheater steel tubes, high temperature headers and steam pipes.

Heat treatment:
Hot finished and cold finished tubes shall be heat treated at a temperature of 650? at least. And full annaealed, isothermal annealed, or normalized and tempered condition at the option of the manufacturer, the minimum tempering temperature shall be not less than 650.
