What is the composition of A210 Class C boiler tubes?
SA 210 C carbon steel boiler tubes are composed of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and silicon. Carbon content is relatively low, typically around 0.35%, while manganese content ranges from 0.29% to 1.06%.

ASTM A210 Grade C seamless pipe has an outer diameter of 21.3~762mm and a wall thickness of 2.0~130mm. Its production method is hot rolling, and its delivery status is hot rolling or heat treatment. The steel pipe must comply with the requirements of TSGD7002-2006 "Type Testing Rules for Pressure Pipe Components" and undergo tensile inspection, flattening inspection, hardness inspection, hydraulic inspection or non-destructive testing.

ASTM A210 Class C Seamless Boiler Tube is suitable for boiler tubes and boiler flue tubes, including safety ends, vaults and support tubes, and small wall thickness seamless medium carbon steel tubes for superheater tubes.
