GB 5310 12CrMoG Alloy Steel Pipe
GB 5310-2008 is a Chinese national standard that stipulates the technical requirements for seamless steel pipes for high-pressure boilers. This standard applies to the manufacture of high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless heat-resistant steel seamless steel pipes for the heating surface of steam boilers with pressures of high pressure and above.
12CrMoG alloy steel pipe is one of the materials in this kind of steel pipe. It is a low-alloy high-strength steel pipe with good thermal strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. This kind of steel pipe is mainly used to manufacture heating surface pipes such as superheater pipes, reheater pipes, air guide pipes, main steam pipes, etc. for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers.
The chemical composition of 12CrMoG high-pressure boiler steel pipe mainly includes carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo). The addition of these elements helps improve the strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance of steel pipes.
