34Mn2V gas cylinder steel pipe is a high-quality carbon steel and alloy steel seamless pipe. It is mainly used for chemical equipment and pipelines with working temperatures of -40-400 degrees Celsius and working pressures of 10-32 MPa. Suitable for transporting synthetic ammonia, urea, methanol and other media.

37Mn gas cylinder tube has good mechanical properties and process performance. Ordinary normalizing process can be used to produce ordinary seamless gas cylinders, and quenching and tempering process can also be used to produce seamless gas bottles with higher requirements.
Seamless 37Mn gas cylinder tubes have low content of harmful elements and high purity of steel. The outer diameter is controlled at ±1%D, up to ±0.5%D, and the wall thickness accuracy is controlled at ±10%S, up to ±5 %S, with good internal and external surface quality, widely used in the manufacture of oxygen bottles, hydrogen bottles, and accumulators.
