Chemical composition:
carbon: 0.26~0.33, silicon: 0.17~0.37, manganese: 0.40~0.70, phosphorus: ≤0.020, sulfur: ≤0.010, phosphorus + sulfur ≤0.025, chromium: 0.80~1.10, molybdenum: 0.15~0.25, nickel : ≤0.30, copper ≤0.20
Mechanical properties:
quenching (normalizing) 860℃~900℃, cooling (water/oil), tempering 490~590℃ cooling (water/oil), tensile strength ≥930, yield strength ≥785, elongation after fracture ≥12 , -50 degrees Celsius impact power ≥27J.
