ASTM A213 T23 Alloy Steel Boiler Tubes
SA213 T23 seamless steel pipe is based on the chemical composition of 2.25Cr-1Mo (SA-213T22) steel, adding W (about 1.6%), reducing Mo (about 0.30%) and adding a small amount of V, Nb, Ni, B and other ingredients .
The allowable stress of T23 seamless boiler steel pipe is twice that of T22 alloy steel pipe, and its 580℃ lasting strength is 1.4 times that of 12Cr1MoV steel pipe.
The lasting strength of SA213T23 seamless alloy steel pipe is equal to that of 12Cr2MoWVTiB (G102) steel pipe, and it has high impact toughness and good welding performance.
Allowable operating temperature: It is mainly suitable for manufacturing superheaters, reheaters and water-cooled walls of large power station boilers. It is the best choice material when the main steam temperature is below 620°C.
