ASME SA213 T91 Seamless Alloy Steel Pipe
A213T91 alloy pipe A335P91 (10Cr9Mo1VNb) alloy pipe, American ASTM/ASME national standard not only has high oxidation resistance and high temperature steam corrosion resistance, but also has good impact toughness, high and stable long-lasting plasticity and thermal strength properties. When the service temperature of A213 T91 seamless alloy pipe is lower than 620°C, the allowable stress is higher than that of austenitic stainless steel. Above 550°C, the recommended design allowable stress is approximately twice that of T9 and 2.25Cr-1Mo steel.
Application: A213T91 alloy boiler tubes can be used as steel pipes for high-temperature superheaters and reheaters in subcritical and supercritical boilers with wall temperatures ≤625°C, as well as high-temperature headers and steam pipes with wall temperatures ≤600°C. They can also be used as nuclear power heat exchangers and Petroleum cracking unit furnace tube.
