A333 GR.7 thick wall pipes are commonly used in cryogenic pressure vessels and cryogenic heat exchangers from -45°C to -195°C. These equipment need to remain stable in low temperature environments, so these A333 GR.7 cryogenic thick wall pipes have good corrosion resistance, excellent durability and wear resistance, which can improve their service life and reliability in harsh environments.
Since A333 GR.7 welded pipes are low carbon materials, they need to be preheated before welding. Preheating makes the pipes have enough ductility and will not produce welding cracks.
