API 5CT K55 Tube
API 5CT is a standard developed by the American Petroleum Institute, which stipulates the technical delivery conditions for steel pipes (including casing, tubing and drill pipe) used in the oil and gas industry. K55 is one of the grades specified in API 5CT and is a commonly used grade in oil well tubulars (OCTG).
API 5CT K55 oil casing pipe is a pipe specially used for oil and natural gas extraction. It is designed to transport crude oil and natural gas from oil and gas formations to surface pipelines after drilling is completed. This casing has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and can withstand various pressure and temperature changes generated during the mining process.
API 5CT K55 tubing casing is usually made of high-quality steel and undergoes strict quality control and heat treatment processes to ensure it has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Its outer surface is coated with a protective layer to prevent corrosion and wear. This protective layer increases the durability of the casing and extends its service life.
API 5CT oil pipes can be divided into NUE type and EUE type. Specifications include 1.9" (48.3mm), 2 3/8" (60.3mm), 2 7/8" (73.03mm), 3 1/2" (88.9mm), 4" (101.6mm), 4 1/2 Inch (114.3 mm) The depth of the product downhole is basically the same as the depth of the oil casing.
API 5CT K55 casing is widely used in petroleum, construction, shipbuilding, smelting, aviation, electric power, food, papermaking, chemical industry, medical equipment, boilers, heat exchangers, metallurgy and other fields.
