316Ti 316H Seamless Stainless Steel Round Pipe

316Ti and 316H stainless steel pipes are important industrial pipeline materials with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance, and are widely used in various fields.
316Ti stainless steel pipe contains approximately 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, 2-3% molybdenum, as well as 0.08% carbon and 2-3% titanium. This special composition gives it excellent corrosion resistance, especially against acidic and chloride media. Due to the addition of titanium, 316Ti high temperature steel pipe has better stability under high temperature conditions and is suitable for high temperature environments. Therefore, stainless steel 316Ti composite pipes are often used in chemical industry, marine engineering, petrochemical industry and other fields with high requirements for high temperature and corrosion.
On the other hand, the composition of 316H stainless steel pipe is similar to that of 316, containing about 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, and 2-3% molybdenum, but the carbon content is higher, usually 0.04-0.10%. This high carbon content gives 316H better mechanical properties and stability under high temperature conditions, making it suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments. Therefore, 316H stainless high-pressure steel pipes are often used in petrochemical, electric power, boiler manufacturing and other fields that have high requirements for high temperature, high pressure and high carbonization.
In general, 316Ti and 316H stainless steel pipes are important industrial pipeline materials with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance, and are widely used in various fields.
