A249 TP304L annealed stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel pipe made of chromium-nickel alloy. It is a low-carbon version of TP304 stainless steel. A249 TP304L stainless steel pickled pipe has excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance, plus easy manufacturing, so it can be used to manufacture transmission pipelines, oil well pipelines, oil and gas gathering pipelines.
A249 TP304L annealed pickled pipe can remove oxide scale, plain structure and relieve stress during annealing. It is soft and easy to manufacture. After annealing, it should be pickled in a mixture of acids to remove scale and clean the surface, and then form an oxide film to protect the pipe under passivation conditions.
